Report of show playing at Keith's Theatre Providence week of December 31st, 1917. The show plays very well, although it is not exceptional. It was liked, however, quite well by the audience. CHARLES LOVENBERG, Manager. KENNY, MASON & SCHOLL: An exceptional act, combining roller skating, hand balancing and acrobatics. Good act. 6 mibutes F.S. GASPAR & SINCLAIR: I did Not care a great deal for these young ladies' act, neither did the audience enthuse much over them. 15 minutes in one. ARTHUR SULLIVAN CO: In "A Drawing From Life". A very good bit of character sketching that the audience seemed to appreciate. 15 minutes in one. IDA M. CHADWICK & DAD: This is by far the best act the Chadwicks ever did, and came pretty near being the hit of the show. 16 minutes in one. OTA GYGI & MARYON VADIE: Violiniste and dancing, an unusual combination. Both of the performers are artistic and the act scored a big hit. 16 minutes F.S. WHEELER & MORAN: These two men in a good comedy act were also a real hit. 19 minutes in one. HOMER MILES & HELEN RAY: In a well produced and interesting playlet called, "In Philadelphia". 18 minutes F.S. MAUDE LAMBERT & ERNEST BALL: In their usual routine of songs which secured them plenty of applause. 17 minutes in one. JAMES CUTTON & CO: including two ladies. Presenting a very beautiful equestrian act, probably the most entertaining one we ever had. 8 minutes F.S. MOTION PICTURES: O.K. Report On Show Playing The Scenic Theatre Pawtucket R.I. Dec. 31, 1917. Bicknell Works in two 7 Min. Clay modeller. Comedy all way through Went Well. Martha Hamiliton Co. Two men one woman in full stage 16 Min. Comedy Sketch "OH, You Women" Good offering well acted. Went Well. Fred Heider & Nettie Packer Man and woman in one 15 Min. Before special drop. Comedy offering of talk song and some good acrobatic dancing. Went Good. Harry & Nancy Cavana Work in full stage 10 Min. Special set. Singing music and some good wire walking with a good line of talk. Went Well.
