Report of show playing at Keith's Theatre Providence week of January 7th, 1918. We have an exceedingly good bill; among the best we have played this season, one or two of the acts didn't quite come up to expectations, but we have nothing that offends. CHARLES LOVENBERG, Manager. ROBERT DEMONT TRIO: A very fast, acrobatic and dancing act. They do some splendid work, and made a lively start for the show. 8 minutes F.S. THE DURKIN GIRLS: One at the piano, who also sings, the other a comedienne. This is a very pleasing act and got over very nicely. 16 minutes in one. COCORAN & MACK: Two men doing essentially the same act that Cocoran & Dingle did last season. Got over very well. 14 minutes in oen. NONETTE: Here is surely an act with real showmanship. She made one of the biggest hits I ever saw made in this house. 23 minutes F.S. LEAVITT & LOCKWOOD: This act hardly came up to expectaions. and they were not able to hold a lower spot on the bill, where they were originally placed. It is not bad, but it is far from being important. 23 minutes in one. SAM MANN & CO: In "The Question". This act went over in good shape, the audience evidently liking it very much. 37 minutes F.S. BEAUMONTE & ARNOLD: Here is a bright little affair of witty lines well delivered. A couple of songs, and some excellent dancing. They made a real hit. 17 minutes; open in two, close in one. BRENCK'S MODELS: Very beautiful offering. 8 minutes F.S. MOTION PICTURES: O.K.
