IDENTIFICATION CARD AND CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
You have received your University Identification Card with your admission letter. It is essential that you retain it and bring it with you to the campus. You must present the "I.D." card in order to pick up registration materials.
The State University of Iowa Identification Card bears your name, University number, and signature. Your picture will be taken when you pick up your registration materials and will be placed on your "I.D." card later. It is a permanent card that you will use during the entire time you attend the University. SIGN IT. CARRY IT AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT LOSE IT.
You will receive your "Certificate of Registration" at Macbride Hall when you pick up your registration materials.
Your Certificate of Registration is valid for the term for which registration has been completed and advance payment has been made. CARRY IT AT ALL TIMES WITH YOUR IDENTIFICATION CARD.
