This number appears in the upper right hand corner of your official admission letter which you received with this Handbook. Your University number belongs to you; it becomes a part of your academic record, which is maintained permanently in the files of the Office of the Registrar. Therefore, we recommend that you memorize your University number, since you will be asked to refer to it frequently while you are a student here at the University. Your permanent University Identification Card bears your name and University number and the college to which you have been admitted. This card and its use will be explained in more detail later.
