CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION This certificate is valid for the term for which you wish to register and for which the $50.00 advance payment has been made. CARRY IT AT ALL TIMES WITH YOUR IDENTIFICATION CARD. You must present it with your I.D. card in order to register for courses at the Field House. In order to secure the services and admission to events to which your I.D. Card entitles you, both the SUI Identification Card and the current Certificate of Registration must be presented. A penalty, such as suspension of activity privileges for the period of issue, or a specified shorter period, may be imposed on any student who loses either card or allows either of them to be used by any other person. if lost, application forms for replacing Identification Cards and Certificates of Registration may be obtained at the Registrar's Office, Room 1, University Hall Do Not Lend Them Persons who are not students at the State University of Iowa must pay for the activities your I.D. card entitles you to attend. They have not shared in making these special services possible, and they are not entitled to your privileges. Do not lend your I.D. card to them. You are enjoying the activities because you are a student, and that privilege is not yours to lend. In the interests of your student partners, penalties are imposed if an Identification Card is used by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued. The violation may require suspension of student activity privileges for the period of issue of a specified shorter period. Remember, you suffer the penalties, not the outsider whom you aided. 46
