These Are Your Privileges Athletics. Your I.D. card entitles you to tickets which will admit you to reserved sections in the west stand of the stadium for all home football games Similar reservations will be made in the Field House for winter athletic events. Publications. The Daily Iowan will be delivered to students on a residence basis. That is, one paper will be delivered each day of publication to each occupied room or suite in dormitories and private rooming houses. In fraternity and sorority houses, an average of one paper will be delivered for every four students. In University or off campus quarters occupied by married student families, one paper will be delivered to each family. As a part of the fee you have paid.The Daily Iowan acknowledges receipt of about $1.75 per semester from each student to cover your subscription on the residence basis described above. The Iowa yearbook, Hawkeye, will be supplied to all students with senior standing as determined by the Registrar. Students other than seniors may subscribe and pay for the books individually. The Iowa Memorial Union. Students are given the advantage and services of the Iowa Memorial Union building without separate payment of any fee. The facilities include game and recreation rooms, a library , lounges, music room, sun porch, and club and conference rooms. There is a small fee for the use of bowling and billiard facilities. The Union is the hub of student social activity. University Concert Course. Upon presentation of your I.D. card, you may obtain seats for University concerts. The year's schedule will include not only performances by the University orchestra, band, and chorus, but by guest artists and ensembles from the concert stage. University Plays. Your I.D. card will entitle you to a reserved seat for University plays.A schedule of about seven dramatic productions is planned each year. The plays are presented in the University Theatre. Student health Service. The University maintains a Student Health Service in conjunction with the University Hospitals. This service is maintained for students desiring medical attention and consultation. REGISTRATION FORM Your registration form bears your name, university number, and college. In addition, other pertinent data has been added to this form as convenience to you in expediting your registration. Please study your registration form and retain it. BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE CAMPUS. Since it serves as your permit to register, you must present the registration form in order to register for courses at the Field House. Do not enter your courses on this form until your academic adviser has approved your schedule. Use the sample form in the Handbook or the work copy in the Schedule of Courses to plan your academic course schedule. 47
