The War Dept. will appear here irregularly, perhaps quarterly or semi-annually. The Fanzine Service Dept. is expected to be a regular feature each month, but should a month be skipped for what-ever reason, the following issue will present a two months listing, thu s insuring a full twelve months coverage. Suggestions for further service departments will be grateful received by ye olde Presidents, and not-so-gratefully received by ye overburdened (allegedly) Vice President.
