SECRETARY-CLERK TYPIST JOB DESCRIPTION Basically the secretary does all the typing and answers the phone. She will type all the monthly reports handed in by the program heads. She will type up any requisitions needed, but only with the permission of the manager. She will type up any outgoing correspondance sent. She will type up the minutes of the staff meetings. The secretary is in charge of the supply closet. It is her duty to take the inventory count each month, and then order any supplies needed. She must also post any correspondance necessary for the students to see. She must up date the boards periodically so that the old news is taken down when it is obsolete. She must attend the staff meetings whenever they are held. She must see to it that the outgoing mail is sent and that all incoming mail is distributed to the appropriate mail boxes.
