CUSTODIAN'S JOB DESCRIPTION The custodian is under the direct supervision of the resident manager. He is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the center. He ensures the cleanliness of the center by following a regular schedule of tasks which include the following: 1. Sweeping, vacuuming, and waxing floors. 2. Dusting windows, ledges and furniture. 3. Cleaning toilets, washbasins, and mirrors. 4. Cleaning windows. 5. Emptying and cleaning ash trays and trask cans. 6. Refilling paper towel, soap, and toilet paper dispensers. In addition, he performs other custodial duties as directed by the resident m manager.
