9 JUNTA CON HUBBARD About twenty five students from the Chicano Indian Student Union met with Dean Hubbard to discuss and resolve the problems of recruitment of out of state Chicanos and the Position That Rusty Barcelo held. However, the meeting did not produce the expected results. Dean Hubbard's answer, two weeks later, bears this. He mentioned that, in general terms, they will Post all notices for available jobs. We should check, if any apply to Chicanos. And so and so forth. This is a total Chingadera. In essence the letter did not give us any new information that we did not already have. The Chicano and Indian leaders should take note and proceed and organize around this issue. Let's not waster our time in any other destranpe(?), useless issue, like joining this and joining that. Yes, we' are here for a purpose. Let's not forget that purpose. Ese proposito se llama LIBERACION. This is where we start. We should not waste our time in trying to imitate the Anglo in any way whatsoever. Punto.
