February, 1941. SUN SPOTS Page 14. Uranus for his promised aid, but Vanbve himself was in the need of succor. The uranium insurgents, under the brilliant Generalship of Talbve (Chief Scientist) and Napht (Leader of the Organization for Democracy), had captured every strategic post on the Planet. When Grakj and Vanbve learned of one another's difficulties, they asked for an armistice. Peace terms were in the making when Jupiter declared war on the Jovian Satellites and the Astroids. Her forces have occupied Io, Europa, and Ganymede, as well as part of the important astroids. Her fleet is even now approaching Mars. Part of the combined fleets of Mars, The Astroids, and the Jovian Satellites has turned back and will meet the Jovian fleet just off Mars. Mercury, Venus and Earth have jointly announced their neutrality. They emphasized their announcement by full preparedness programs.... The second part of the Martian Fleet has totally wiped out the Space Pirates 'nests' in the rings of Saturn. The fleet is heading for Ringlo, Saturnian Capital, with hopes of Drawing part of the Jovian fleet to defend it. This would relieve pressure on Mars and her defense fleet. Captain Rogers, in Space between Saturn and Uranus, reports being shot at by Neptunian Space Cruiser. Earth demands immediate apologies and asks why such action was taken. Pluto and Neptune have asked Mercury to install Solar-Energy Converters on her sunny side, the energy to be broadcast by light beam to their planets. Mercury has refused, saying the cost would be exhorbitant..... In elections for Council of Seven, rulers of the system , Analdo of Mars, President Winston of Earth, Blano of Jupiter, Grakj of Saturn, and Mlakv of Neptune, were reelected to their posts. Queen Ulane of Venus, the Amazonian world, is the sixth member, and the seventh is to be Uranian. However, there is now a revolution going on over who is the rightful representative from Uranus.... Pluto gives Mercury two weeks to agree to install Solar-Converters for her use.
