Editorial Comment of Inactivity by B.J. Smith I "If you are ever going to issue another 'Eisegesis,' now is the time to do it, as certain ominous conditions in the NAPA call for immediate discussion..." writes E.A. Edkins, solon of Salzedo Street. This statement has served as the catalyst to stir me to editorial activity. Indeed there are certain ominous conditions in NAPA which call for discussion. The National is sinking into a lethargy from which there may be no awakening! To no one person, no one factor may this decline be attributed; the debility may be laid to multiple causes.
