Activity either is or is not; there doesn't seem to be much anyone can do about it except be active personally and plead and pray. Enthusiastic, active officers more than any other factor, will increase general activity. The whole business greatly resembles an unbroken circle. IV It appears that the numerically smaller associations have outdone the NAPA in regard to the number of journals issued during the past year. In fact one NAPAer who joined AAPA declared that he was "searching for greener pastures." Well, you can go somewhere else looking for greener pastures or you can haul in dirt, seed and water it and grow a greener pasture right where you are. The ideal situation, as I see page 9
