Page Twenty Two Science Fiction Collector ERLE M. KORSHAK--- To sum up the last issue (36th) of the SFCOLLECTOR. I will only say that it was a fine job... I have often thought that the COLLECTOR was a fine a heotoed magazine as has ever graced the Fan Field... I read SaMoskowitz's "There are Two Sides" with a great deal of interest... Let me only say that Moskowitz exagerated slightly by claiming that I apologized for my attitude earlier in the day, concerning my holding that the Futurians should have been excluded... I did no such thing at the New York Convention... I know the same goes for Reinsberg.. But outside of this slight error the article was well-written and gives the New Fandom side of that sorrowful affair in an interesting and informing light.... All other articles by Train, Wonderer, and Made were to be placed on the asset side of the ledger... Anyway see you at Chi in 1940. where fandom will be able to keep its nose clean.... RONALD A. WOLLHEIM-- I sincerely request and hope that you publish the enclosed artcle. Mr. Moskowitz has again distorted and twisted the facts to suit his fancy. It is only the right thing the since you have asked for all sides of this story, that I be allowed to state my case- since Moskowitz has levied charges against me that he had not made before.
