Scenes of FANTASY Volume 2 No. 1 Editorial First of all, Science-Fictionists, I want to tell you how sorry I amm for having put out such a flop as issue no. 4 of S. of F. However, Ill try not to do it again. As some of you may already know, I have issued a midget-sized publication, which I have fittingly titled: OUTRE. I know of no better name than that, for it is to be an effort toward the weird and strange, and, outre'. There will be no Stf. in its pages, unless it be of an outre' nature. Sort of Lovecraftian. Well fans, I believe that's all. Sub-Editorial For the benefit of those fans who did not get Issue No.4, I am reprinting the scientifunnyarn; "Blenkins on the Martian Wastelands", that superb story by that wonderful author, .... Norman Winters. (I shall explain here the reason that many fans didn't get No.4. I only issued about ten copies. My hecto melted or sump'n.) (Ye Ed.)
