By a majority vote of the membership, the ISA COMMITTEE FOR REORGANIZATION, has recently discovered that the ISA was never legally dissolved. Reorganization is even now going ahead at a tremendous rate. All former members, except those who voted that they did not care to see the ISA reorganized and again active are eligible for membership, and all scientifictionists and science-hobbyists are hereby cordially invited to join.
