6 PARADOX at Joe----what's happening to Joe Fann----he's..... Why, nothing at all is happening to him. The wristwatch was obviously set to run on standard time. It wouldn't run at all since Franklin instituted daylight savings time. (The cat doesn't count. He isn't aware of time.) ---- THE END ---- "PARADOX" by Edward C. Connor Tomorrow comes; forgotten is today In the endless sands of time. The Present is a nothing; It flees fore'er into the Past, While but a mite before 'Twas the Future. Time's horizon--an eerie, endless waste-- Pulsates just beyond mind's reach, Conquered by no human thought. Conflicting visions--conjured dreams; What mean they to us now? The Future's Past.
