II. have every right to be plenty proud of yourself. Got a letter yesterday from Ray M. It was written way back in Feb. but at that it was the first I'd heard from him for months. The news is certainly looking good, but I've been fooled too many times already so I'm not hoping for too much. Got a letter from Dad telling of all the fights in Richland. I sure get a kick out of that. The Clarion editor must be quite a character or so it seems. He is always getting beat up. Had a letter from [Lt.?] Rose Nemecek. Sounds funny doesn't it? Hope the army doesn't disappoint her.
