II. You didn't say anything about sending my letters to Richland so I'll keep sending them to Davenport. You will probably be back by the time they get there anyway. I'm glad you got to see Ruth. It has been years since I've seen her. Can't picture her as a wife. Mom said RHS was through for another year. It just doesn't seem possible. I will have completed two years in the army in six more days. I'm not looking forward to two more. Evelyn, I just can't get used to the fact that the war over here is just about over. I've been wondering what the people back home think about it. I'd think it would call for a good party.
