so fast over here you hardly know whether to go in shirt sleeves or overcoat. Earlier in the week it was exactly like spring at home. Haven't had mail of any kind in over a week. Guess the holiday slowdown had something to do with it. Ken seems to be getting a taste of life over seas. It probably is quite a change from living on a post like he has done all the time in the past. He'll make out plenty good though. I'm like him, I sort of dread that boat ride home because of sea sickness. Even at that, I'd ride a surf board home if that were the only way to get there.
