Sat. Night Feb 2, 1946 Dear Folks, Well, here we are in Feb. and the time keeps clicking right along. I just wish there was some way I could speed it up for awhile. My guess is that I have about three more months of waiting. Those months will seem like years. I'm writing this Sat. night rather than my usual Sun. because I'm on duty tonight. In fact I've been charge of Quarters all day and will get off at 7:30 in the morning. I just hang around the office to answer the phone, run errands, do odd jobs etc. Nothing to it, but it gets tiresome. I sleep right here in the office tonight just in case anyone should call or want anything. Guess I'm allowed to go to bed
