Vienna, Austria Feb 26, 1946 Dear Folks, Here I am back in Vienna again. Got back Sunday night about 9:00. Guess I'd better start back and give you the details. Bill (the kid with me) and I heard it was about time for him to start home so we started a mad dash back to Vienna. We left Sat. noon on our trip back. The train was three hours late so we got to Salzburg just in time to get a bite to eat and catch the train for Vienna. It left at 7:30 in the evening. We came to the river bordering the U.S. and Russian zone and the Russians wouldn't let us cross. We sat there for awhile then
