March 3, 1946 Dear Folks, Another week has managed to drag itself by somehow. They certainly go much slower here than they did up in the mountains. Haven't done much since being back in Vienna. I was on duty one day and that is all. Not having anything to do really makes the time drag by. Went down and stayed over night with a couple of friends. The tall boy and Bob [Lunstedt?] to be exact. You have heard me talk about both of them. Ran onto a boy today that had gone to U of Iowa and knew Ken. When
