May 1, 46 11:00 AM. Dear Folks, Here's that card you've been looking for. Things are going fine and we are in Platteville, Wis. Going on to Madison this morning. Stayed two night at Savery then drove up this far yesterday. Had good luck finding rooms so far. Hope it continues. Isn't much to say I guess. The car and both of us are doing fine. Don't know how long we will be in Madison but we'll drop you a card now and then. Bye for now and Love, Evelyn & Carroll
