1. I certify that I have personally examined the items of captured enemy military equipment (*mailed by) Pat. Carroll D. Steinbeck; that the trophy value of such items exceeds any training, service or scrap value; that they do not include any explosives; and that the (*mailing) thereof is in conformity with the provisions of Sec. VIII, Cir. No. 217, W.D., 1 June 1944, and the existing regulations of the theater commander. 2. The items referred to are: 1 German Rifle 1 Extra Rifle Barrel 1 " " Bolt *strike out one.
