Whoever releases or uses in public without the con- 11 sent of the Commission such evidence or testimony taken in 12 executive session shall be fined not more than $1,000, or 13 imprisoned for not more than one year. 14 "(h) In the discretion of the Commission, witnesses 15 may submit brief and pertinent sworn statements in writing 16 for inclusion in the record. The Commission shall determine 17 the pertinency of testimony and evidence adduced at its 18 hearings. 19 "(i) Every person who submits data or evidence shall 20 be entitled to retain or, on payment of lawfully prescribed 21 costs, procure a copy or transcript thereof, except that a wit- 22 ness in a hearing held in executive session may for good 23 cause be limited to inspection of the official transcript of hi A.H.R. 7152-No. 656-T-4
