43 1 or other educational institution or institution of learning is 2 directed toward the propagation of a particular religion. 3 (f) As used in this title, the phrase "unlawful employ- 4 ment practice" shall not be deemed to include any action or 5 measure taken by an employer, labor organization, joint 6 labor-management committee, or employment agency with 7 respect to an individual who is a member of the Communist 8 Party of the united States or of any other organization re- 9 quired to register as a Communist-action os Communist-front 10 organization by final order of the Subversive Activities Con- 11 trol Board pursuant to the Subversive Activities Control Act 12 of 1950. 13 (g) Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, it 14 shall not be an unlawful employment practice for an em- 15 ployer to faiol or refuse to hire and employ any individual for 16 any position, for an employer to discharge any individual 17 from any position, or for an employment agency to fail or re- 18 fuse to refer any individual for employment in any position, 19 or for a labor organization to fail or refuse to refer any in- 20 dividual for employment in any position, if - 21 (1) the occupancy os such position, or acess to the 22 premises in or upon which any part of the duties of such 23 position is performed or is to be performed, is subject to 24 any requirement imposed in the interest of the national 25 security of the United States under any security pro-
