67 1 annual reports, such publication or filing is determined by 2 judicial authority not to be in conformity with the require- 3 ments of this title. 4 FORCIBLY RESISTING THE COMMISSION OR ITS 5 REPRESENTATIVES 6 SEC. 714. The provisions of section 111, title 18, 7 United States Code, shall apply to officers, agents, and 8 employees of the Commission in the performance of their official duties. 10 SPECIAL STUDY BY SECRETARY OF LABOR 11 SEC. 715. The Secretary of Labor shall make a full and 12 complete study of the factors which might tend to result in 13 discrimination in employment because of age and of the 14 consequences of such discrimination on the economy and indi- 15 vidiuals affected. The Secretary of Labor shall make a report 16 to the Congress not later than June 30, 1965, containing the 17 results of such study and shall include in such report such 18 recommendations for legislation to prevent arbitrary discrimi- 19 nation in employment because of age as he determines advisable. 21 EFFECTIVE DATE 22 SEC. 716. (a) This title shall become effective one year 23 after the date of its enactment. 24 (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), sections of this
