June 4, 1964 To Members of the Mayor's Commission on Civic Unity: A special meeting of the Commission will be held the evening of June 9 at City Hall, in substitution for the regular meeting later in the month. Passage of the enclosed proposed amended and substituted By-Laws will be considered, along with the enclosed proposed ordinance.
