Suggested 'Rules and Procedures' for the ASCC are attached. We ask that you give us your reactions to these recommendations as soon as possible. One of the main objectives of this group will be to begin its work as soon as it is reasonably possible, developing means to avoid civil disorders in this area during the next academic year. We have a real concern to be of assistance and value to our city officials. It is our hope that an Area Social Concerns Committee can help bring responsible and practical answers to community problems. Respectfully submitted, Sally Smith [? signature illegible] Donald R [?] Roger B. Simpson Betty Lene [? signature illegible] Sally Smith
