This was created formally be executive order of the Governor

Apparently the state is divided into districta, composed of several 6ounties Johnson Co. is in District X.

District X has a meeting on Sept. 2, 7:30 PM at Anamosa. 
the Chairman is: Richard Clark, Box B., Anamosa (462-4414)
Roger has sent a letter to him, requesting information and asking if we can send someone to attend

-drug-abuser seem "unsocialized"...the idea of good times is to sit with friends and"do drugs"
-drug-abusers seem to lack meaningful personal identity: think in child - like terms (play, dream, fantasize, for picnics, etc.)
-drug-abusers are subtly and often openly pressured to keep their dependency or they will loose friends, be forced out of housing, cut off from attendant support, and so will be almost totally without friends & support. 
-Iowa City lacks support of community, and has few significant help sources.
