Officers may resign and can be impeached by a two thirds vote of the club. Article VI Meetings shall be held every two weeks, wherever shall be decided at the previous meeting. Article VII Dues. Section 1. Dues shall be ten cents for every meeting the member is present. Section 2. All expenditures of over a dollar must be approved by a two thirds vote of the members present. Article VIII The business program of any meeting shall never last longer than one hour, to be extended by a majority vote. ARTICLE IX Amendments to this constitution can be enacted by a two thirds vote.
