MARCH 16
1948 A lot of straightening up and putting away takes much time. In eve I showed 35 Kodachromes at Guild. Only 25 there. Hans spent operated the projector. I sold $5.25 worth of cards for Blue circle.
1949. Hans lined up gray hem for me and I wrote K. before going to school! My first visit from inspector Miss K. Gill. Big fire in Muscoda - Adrian Rubisch hurt. Michael Kline spoke at Assembly. I finished ham salad in eve at school, also finished dress.
1950 Up at 6, ironed. Snowed in AM - flurries. Mrs. Blaschke asked me to serve on Woman's Club program Comm. Nearly finished gray rayon on slip. Hans home at 11 PM.
1951. Awoke at 3:30 with bad indigestion and felt burn all day. Managed to clean both doors with glass wax, plasticized old navy [steam?] hat and put navy trim on last summer's white hat.
1952 Slept about 9 hrs. - best yet by far. Sunny. Had charge of adult class. Sat up front so grandma could hear. Sig came out - 5 for dinner. She took K to work after 1. In eve Sig and I heard Owen Lattemore on Mem. Union Forum series. Frank to 11:45 bus. I drove car home.
