March 20
1948. Nice springlike day.
Ironed, + 4 pairs lace curtains for our bedroom & serving room. Cleaned mudroom stairs, etc, fixed up Frank's bed. Hung curtain rods & curtains in our bedroom. Wore light coat to library in P.M.
1949. Drove to church which was full. New carillonic system disappointing in outside amplifiers as to tone. Boys to Ziegler's  for dinner. We drove to Muscoda in eve. 
1950. Housecleaned Frank's bedroom closet. I made ice cream, hemmed striped seersucker skirt Siq lined up for me Sat. In PM to Home Ec Club in Rosewood Room, Memorial Union. Ivy Martinez discussed "Freud's and Fords."
1951. Washed, but only hung part of white things outside as so bitter cold. In PM. Mr. Vold and I went in his bar to get frozen fish at express office. He sawed pike, & I wrapped 50 lb. & put in freezer. WEnt with Kromrey's to guild. Too cold, so had mtg. in basement. Isabsen & Hetty Hauson, new members. Gusta Kruse guest speaker.
1952. Sunny. Went at 9:30 with Les Husebee to Brunch Co. to learn more about book keeping there. Home for lunch with grandma, and kept until 6. Prof Mrs. R. H. Roberto here on  bus. in eve.
