FEBRUARY 4 Snowbanks higher than I. Windy & more drifting. Baked 2 cakes. 7 phone calls to rearrange hot lunch. Called on Kline's, [last name], Bradley's & Allen's for lunches. Washed my hair. Heard 4 Farm and Home Week programs. [Come?] home with a cold. I baked brown bread, washed sweater, etc. Tired (which I become easily) so took nap. Tried to clean front room rug. Drove in to hear Mrs. Raymond Sayre give fine talk at last F. & H. Assembly. Hilda Carrie Eggum & I went to Drama Festival in Bascom Theatre. 3 plays by rural people. Home in pouring rain, which ran into basement. Still not much good. Baked bread and 2 pies, went with Frank on my first visit to Middleton library, mended, hemmed 2 cotton flannel sheets, Sig made [rose?] blouse. Finished skirt of her dad's old pants.
