FEBRUARY 9 -19° 1936. Ruby Hilda + Signe braved trip to church, + no S.S; 8 at church. Glen Scott brot some of our cow feed as far as hedge. Wrote to Helene. 1937. Ironed. Wrote up Wilcox poultry story + sent it and Sig's to W.F. Embroidered spoons on dish towel for Beatrice. Cold. K home, but H + S played B.B at [Oreid's?] 1938 Above 40°. Finished Kathryn's plaid dress, cut out my navy cotton tweed house dress. Long letter from Emma Tante, with family history. 1939. Turned warmer in P.M. rained hard until after midnight. Ironed a little. No pep till after short nap. Mrs Kirkpatrick called me to tell me no missionary meeting. Read in "Testament of Youth" by Vera Brittani 19
