April 16 19 Windy again. Cut out quilt pieces and began piecing blocks in my "Epworth" fan quilt. Baked a pie for once. 9 Baked bread. Raw & windy & cloudy. Sent birthday card to Anna Wilson. Had Dr. take my blood test—still low in iron. got iron citrate capsules. 9 At Zernik's at 8, then to Miller's, then to Lawyer Harris to draw up land contract for our new home at Middleton. [Rained?]. Had headache until I slept in P.M. 9 Hilda & I overnight & for dinner at Aitchison's. Frank at Miller's. Church & S.S. Good crowd. Met Rev. Felton. Mrs. Hattie Hinde & Lillian M. had me teach classes. Called on J. Whitsell & Mrs. Moore. Ice cream at Miller's. Home at 10 in rain. 9
