Dec 3rd. Cold. Reported 16 below. Fixed barn wall. Elmer Phipps over in P.M.
Dec 4th. Finished moving house. Called Lorene in evening.
Dec 5th. Drove to Goodman's after mortar box & kettle. Lorene & Verne arrived at 9.30. Started to lay blox. Snow in evening.
Dec 6th. Up to Albin's after barrel. Cloudy & snowy. Hauled load of fodder in afternoon. North wall almost up.
Dec 7th. To town. Still cold.
Dec 8th. To town in morn. Took a bunch of sills back to Rosacker's. Took home barrel of lime, brix & half blox. Caught (chix/chickens?) in eve
Dec 9th. Borrowed Albert's sleds. Took up chickens. Home 190 blox. Cellar sash
Dec 10th. To town again. Barrel of lime pick handle and 150 blox. Very cold in morning.
Dec 11th. Milder. Southeast wind. Worked timbers out on southside, Hauled bedding and fodder. Cleaned up foun
