Dec 17th. Hauled load of sand in forenoon. Pulled out two big timbers. Pulled out last big timber in afternoon and picked 4 + rows of corn. Returned Albert's bobs in morning. Dec 18th. Picked corn in forenoon. Hauled 140 blox & 150 tile from Willy's in afternoon. South-easterly wind. Dec 19th. Picked corn in forenoon. Hauled fodder in afternoon. Did up chores. Took masons up, and family home in evening. Dec 20th. Moved for Will Donelson today. Got home late. Dec 21st. Sunday. Damp & raw. Edith to Erickson's for dinner. Dec 22nd. Took Edith to town in morning. Spent forenoon paying bills. Took sow up in afternoon. Hauled home coke. Dec 23rd. Got up late in morning. Aaron & Albert over. Hauled fodder. Fixed up foundation. Unloaded coke. Bedded stock. Cow fresh today. Red one
