Sam Moskowitz, editor of HELIOS, will definitely issue FANTASY REVIEW, a monthly magazine featuring fan magazine reviews and associate activities. First issue in the mails by April 1st. The same editor also is preparing a series of large illustrations suitable for framing. These will have the amateur artists' biographies on the back. Six issues, it is believed, will cover all fantasy fan artists of any worth. Jack Gillespie plans a serious attempt in the SCIENCE FICTION MONTHLY REVIEW, which we are afraid bears a great resemblance to Moskowitz's proposed FANTASY REVIEW. However, the more the merrier.
