Sunday May 7th 1939 Dear Family: Each passing day brings this school term nearer to a close, and every minute finds me more eager to be at home with all of you. As in former years this month of May finds me weary and anxious for it all to end. But also as in former years I can look back and be happy and thankful for the many good things that have come my way. Football was a sorry experience this year and yet all in all everything has, and is, working out quite harmoniously. I have been much busier than I would prefer yet I can rejoice that
