Derald: You may have seen this letter at Iowa City, written during that summer in 1936 when Nile had a work job at the University as a preliminary to an "athletic scholarship", I believe. This letter explains the letter he received from Tom Farrell in August '36, that puzzled me before I found this letter. Hold it with the others I am sending (the 1938 letters and reply copies).
