always enjoy them so much. Letters from all you people have meant a great deal to me, and I have taken pride in their excellent form and content. Regret keenly that I have not saved them all. George: You are just beginning to come into your own physically and mentally. Don't fail to make the most of the next few years, they count for much. Continually strive for improvement in writing and speaking, enlarge your vocabulary, discipline your thinking process, develop your memory powers, try for at least twos in your schoolwork, and without turning thought in on the physique develop your muscles until you are strong as an ox. All this will be easy, even that which you don't care for particularly, if you maintain and broaden your sense of humor and stick by your Books. It is important that every member of the family grow and look forward all the time. "Not enjoyment, not sorrow Is our destined end or way. But to act that each tomorrow Find us farther than today."
