4. Tonight I have a watch from 12 to 4 in the morning. Tomorrow we finish gunnery, and on Monday we will start combat tactics, field carrier landings and night flying. They are trying to finish us up by Dec. 5th. The schedule between now & then will militate against my answering correspondence which right now stands ankle deep. Please tell grandma in your next letter that I have thankfully received her brownies & that I shall try to write soon. Once again I repeat that I eagerly await your letters. It is good of you to write so often. Love, Nile
