Sat. 6 PM March 7, 1942 NILE C. KINNICK 5024 HAMILTON OMAHA, NEBRASKA Mother dear, This afternoon I caught a foul tip on the end of the finger & practically tore the whole finger nail off. Rather painful & would claim to keep me from playing for sometime. Believe I have done pretty good work myself but would like to have you help out. I write with some difficulty - hope you can make it out. Did enjoy your letters & George's so much. Good luck to you, George, in the tournaments. Much love, Nile
