It then being ten thirty I decided to go down to Mustin Beach for a look around. M. Beach is the officers club, open also the 1st & second class cadets (the the latter of which I am now one), where they hold a dance every weekend. I found it to be a very swanky place, as well furnished and decorated as any midwestern country club I have been privileged to visit. The ballroom is large, the dining room spacious and inviting, and the bar long and always crowded. It was good to mingle again with a festive atmosphere. There were many pretty women in long, flowing formals, but many more men eager and agressive. I stayed not so very long, thinking that I didn't seem to fit in so very well, and
