4 U.S. Naval Air Station PENSACOLA, FLORIDA the gulf and returned to the barracks feeling fit and fine. Had a very interesting and educational hop with my instructor a few days ago. Finding scattered clouds at 1500' we climbed through them up to 3000 ft where it was clear and sunny. After doing a few wingovers he remarked that it was closing in below us and that we should go down. However, there being three or four planes at 4000' doing stunts and quite unaware of how overcast it was below, he decided to go up and signal them
