Tuesday Nov. 18, 1941 Dear People: Just a note to let you know that Billy and Tom Louden have decided not to come with me. This leaves only the possibility of my bringing Barbara Miller which I think quite unlikely. Still don't think I will get until Sat. morning. Shall plan to drive down to Lincoln with you. Incidentally, I have four tickets for this game. If George has a couple of friends who would like to go he might tentatively line them up. I rather think that I shall be unaccompanied. Sure am definite am I not!! Very busy trying to think of something satisfactory to say at the banquet at West Branch tonight. Will write at more length tomorrow, maybe. Yours, nile
