Now about Bob Hobbs. I think now that war has been declared that he will quit his job immediately & enlist. Please phone his folks & find out. If he were to hurry back to Omaha perhaps he could get into this class - or at least the next one which won't be very far off. Should this be his plan let me know at once & I shall get in touch with Comm. Wright & see what can be done. Use your own judgement as to whether a telegram should be used. Maybe you could contact someone in the Omaha recruiting office, father. He can get in I'm rather sure if he could show up here Mon. Boy am I glad I enlisted when I did. And thank God for the education & general
