- 2 - 29 August 1962 I wish that you people lived closer to our school so that our student body could have a direct contact with you but the distance being what it is, we must be satisfied with giving you our best wishes each year and with gratefully receiving your kind notes. I should tell you that I always take the time to see that your notes are transmitted to the student body and they are always grateful to know that the parents of the man after whom their school is named are interested in them.
